East Boston is about as "hot" as it gets in terms of desirable Boston areas. Sure, the Seaport / South Boston is the hottest, but with a bustling multi-cultural neighborhood, easy access to downtown via the Blue Line / Express Buses / Zip Car / Tunnel, green space, gorgeous architecture, and an ever changing waterfront / Piers Park area, "Eastie" keeps buyers in the city with a softer landing for pricing. The Seville is the first new construction, but many more are on the way, and also including the $20 Million Loftel (hotel) on Orleans Street.
