South End Loft Market Data 2013

Some interesting data from 2013's Loft Sales in the South End.:

  • Even though there was overall lower inventory than previous years across the condo market, the South End sold more lofts in 2013 than in 2012
  • Average Price Per Square Foot jumped from $554 in 2012 to $622 in 2013
  • Average Price Per Square Foot in the South End was 14% higher than rest of the Boston Loft market
  • Days on Market plummeted from 85 days in 2012 to only 35 days in 2013
