Fort Point Lofts

The Watermark Seaport Distinctive Lofts

Right in the middle of Fort Point and the Seaport is the new Watermark Seaport luxury building.

The 17-story luxury tower offers contemporary apartments and a 65-unit loft building and perfectly combines the area's innovation and art origins.

In the midst of two lively urban cores, the building is surrounded by a great selection of outdoor space, including: Seaport Square Green and Fan Pier Park, complete with a dog park, playground and basketball court.

The lofts offer a unique space for residents and the building has over 15,000 square feet of amenities. With a rooftop sky deckm a second-floor terrace including fire pits and trees and a yoga studio and fitness center, the building has everything you'd expect from a luxury building in this area.

As a special touch, the building is filled with commissioned work from indie artists around Fort Point. The ground floor will also soon be home to the first CVS in the Seaport.

From studios to penthouses, prices range from $2,300 to over $7,000 a month.

TCR Development and JB Ventures together have developed this project and were approved for construction in January 2014. Before construction commences pre-sales of the units are scheduled to begin, starting at $2.5 million.

The building will house 9 luxury apartments and lofts, adding to the vibrant developing real estate within this area.

The luxury amenities include: shared and private roof gardens, floor to ceiling windows, chef kitchens and spa-like bathrooms.

With designs by CBT Architects, the six-story building combines modern luxuries with industrial design and all units will include the latest technology from heated floors to state-of-the-art audio, lighting and climate control.

Retail space will occupy the group floor where Farnsworth and Congress intersect, although the occupants of that space are yet to be decided.

Units range from 450 Square Feet to 1,052 Square Feet (Studios to Two Bedrooms), starting at $499,000.
The developer has made significant efforts to sustain the building's original charm and details (enameled brick, studded barn doors, chevron tiles), but includes sustainable & energy efficient features such as efficient lighting and recyclable materials throughout.
319 A's units will be utilize the factory-sized windows as the focal point to brighten the modern fits and finished throughout (zebrawood cabinets, honed black granite countertops).
Common amenities include a covered drive-through and fantastic common roofdeck with incredible views.

A Street is in the heart of the Fort Point Channel, which bridges the ever-popular South Boston's Broadway neighborhood and the true Seaport District. Local restaurants include: Sportello, Menton, Lucky's Lounge, Barlows, Blue Dragon, Row 34, Tavern Row, Drink, Bastille Kitchen. Other area highlights include: Boston Children's Museum, World Trade Center, Institute of Contemporary Art, and several retailers.

New to Market Live / Work Boston Loft at Fp3

Fp3 Boston is a combination of 3 residential buildings in Boston's Seaport District / Fort Point. The Seaport District is Boston's hottest growing area, with Mayor Menino enticing businesses with the "Innovation District" Label, new retail, hotels, the ICA, apartments and, of course, the restaurants now dotting the landscape along the waterfront.

Fp3 remains one of the very few residential buildings in the Fort Point (well, residential with a few Barbara Lynch restaurants Sportello, Menton and Drink all over looking Congress Street). With it's converted factory feel and new, modern construction finishes, the lofts at Fp3 are highly desirable. These lofts were sold out a few months ago and now we are seeing resales starting to hit the market.

Just released on the market today is a fantastic live / work Boston Loft with a very unique private terrace.

  1. Iid on

A fairly retaepable strategy for scores in the mid to high 50 s:Blue bird just above level, splitting so that the bottom bird takes out the left pig, and the top bird flies just under the ledge and takes out the other 3 pigs along the bottom. Then fire the yellow bird over the top of the entire structure, into the cliff face on the upper right. He then rolls back down, breaks the rope so the top right building topples and the 2 upper right pigs are killed.
