Manuel has spent the last ten years of his life studying movement and art, building and working with construction on a development level while harnessing an independent desire to create homes and loft dwellings. He has been involved in the creation of over 25 condo and loft like conversions. His personal experience in loft living and having been successful at several real estate firms, led him to the decision to dedicate his artistic talent and loft-lifestyle knowledge into creating interesting living dwellings that were in high demand and all sold immediately upon completion. Currently the Vice President of Boston Realty Advisors residential sales division and partnered with Paul to run Boston Lofts, Manuel’s experience and commitment to excellence are at the forefront of our focus.
